1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Teknik Hub ("we", "us", "our"), including our website and custom software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Rendered

We provide digital engineering, software development, web development, ERP/CRM database setups, and automation consulting services. Any custom work is subject to individual project agreements and statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, assets, graphics, and documentation created by Teknik Hub remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client via written project contract and full payment receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Teknik Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational availability, arising out of the use of our delivered systems.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
