Retail Pro POS systems used by supermarkets and restaurants in Dubai were operating offline at branch level. Business owners lacked centralized analytics, live sales visibility, and unified reporting.
Solution
We designed and developed a custom SaaS analytics platform that extends existing Retail Pro POS installations.
Secure synchronization services collect sales and inventory data from offline stores into a unified reporting platform, enabling owners to monitor operations in real time without replacing their existing POS infrastructure.

Multi-tenant SaaS
Provides isolated database and UI spaces for individual retail brands, allowing super-admins to manage tenant settings securely.
Offline sync integration
A secure daemon fetches local databases from offline shop counters and queues sync payloads during connectivity interruptions.
Live sales dashboards
Transforms raw POS logs into hourly sales charts and performance graphs for live store monitoring.
Inventory tracking
Monitors current stock volumes across all sync points and helps warehouse teams plan replenishment.
Centralized administration
